Warrior Camp is a facility, group, or movement, that has been prepared by God since long time ago. We have read in the Bible, when David gathered his people, many are broken-hearted, wounded and lost. But shortly, after the "warrior camp" who was initiated by God and led by a great man of God, David, these people were changed into a mighty warrior and heroes for God. In 1998, Pastor Nicolaas Penders answered God's calling in his life to be a initiator of Warrior Camp in this era. At that moment, his desire was nothing else than to see people rise up, move and taking their position in the body of Christ. Body of Christ is not a "one-man-show", but a complete picture of the whole body part of Christ. That is the reason initiated the Warrior Camp. Pastor Nicolaas Penders has been training people ever since to rise up, move and taking their position in the body of Christ. His students were spread around the world, and many of them has been a great teacher to other students. Just as what the Bible said : "The things which you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, entrust these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also." (2 Timothy 2:2)So, feel challenged yet ? Then be free to browse our website, as Rev. Nicolaas Penders will continue to guide you into your journey into your calling in God, so you can rise up, move and take your position !God bless you, warriors.

Our burden, where we are right now,....
Me and my wife Bianca, we have a burden for reaching Indonesia. Located off the Northwest coast of Australia and between the mainland southeast coast of Asia, Indonesia has the largest Muslim population in the world (more than 170 million of its 220 million inhabitants), but freedom of religion is recognized and guaranteed by the Indonesian government through its constitution. While the majority of the people are Muslims, their congenial relationship with different minority religions (Christian - both Protestant and Roman Catholic, Buddhism, and Hinduism) is harmoniously maintained. However, religious fanaticism continues to cause tension between followers of different faiths. A lot of Christians suffer persecution (like the burning of churches, difficulty in finding a job, and freedom to construct a new church building). Despite this, the Christian faith is growing in Indonesia. In 1900, only 1 percent of the population (400,000) of 40 million was Christian. After a century, Christians account for 20 percent (44 million) of Indonesia’s 220 million people.
From my notepad

Dear beloved warriors. My name is Pastor Nick. I was born in The Netherlands, which made me a Dutch Guy. Well, that's what has been my nickname while I was moving in other countries, "The Dutch Preacher". Hmm.. wonder why, maybe because since Johan Maasbracht, there were no Dutch Evangelist or Dutch Preacher moving around the world.
Actually, that was never my goal or my desire in life before. My life before I met Christ, was just a typical non-believer life, which filled with goals to be successful, rich, and happy.
I was born in non-believer family, and we used to stay in Pennsylvania for period of time. That moment, my family was busy in their goals of life as well, and as little kid, I was searching a "play-date". I found mine, deep in the forest near our house, I would go there everyday, and start to speak
with the spirits, whom I thought was my play-date. Sometimes I could spend 10-12 hours just to be in the middle of the forest, and be involved with this spiritual world. This keep on happen until we move back to the Netherlands. And as teenager growing up, I started to search something that would make my existence in the world meaningful. There I started to learn about Martial Arts. Why Martial Arts you may ask? Since this fighter were mighty, strong and has no fear of anything, I thought that was a person I need to be. So I got deeply involved in Martial Arts training. I studied under many teachers, among them are Indonesian, who taught me deeply about spiritual world. I began to got more an more deeply attracted to this spiritual stuff. That was the reason that I learned about meditation, ncedentalism, yoga, tai chi, and many new age teaching. As for martial arts, I have mastered kung fu, ji jiut-su, tae kwon do, kung tao, wrestle, kick-boxing, thai-boxing, pankras, judo, karate, and whole list of martial arts discipline. I worked very hard in my training, at least 8 hours every day, I will train and learn more and more about this martial arts. I got so deeply involved, even until my skin smell like sulfur. I became a very hard person, no emotion, and easily to get irritated. I hang out with gangsters, mafias, even owned my own collection of gun, bombs and other stuff. For me, I was so satisfied of who I am those moment. I have no fear at anyone, and I can face anything.
Until one day, I got into a street fight with someone, but when I almost hit my opponent down, that person cried out the name of JESUS. Strangely that person was not even a christian, but that name surely brought me out of my trance. I began to think, that this JESUS name has a power, more than what I have learned and knew. Remember, I trained very hard and very serious.Short stories, I realized that JESUS has more for me than martial arts world to offer. He offered me peace of mind, feeling of acceptance and most of all love. A moment I was totally down and wanted to end my life, God has visited me and said that :"Even though nobody loves you in this world, even though you cannot love yourself anymore, I love you." That moment, broke every hardness in my life. I accepted JESUS as my saviour and my only Master.God has asked me to follow Him, leave everything behind, and give all myself to Him. I tell you, that was not the easiest, but one of the best decision I have ever make in my life.
My second best decision is when I've decided to marry my half, Bianca. She has been my helper and my best friend (after Jesus of course...) in my life this past years. We've been blessed by Levy and Kimberly, our precious children, and many friends in the ministries. Beloved brothers and sisters, I do hope after you read my intro, you feel nothing else than be blessed, and be encouraged, that if a life of someone like me, a life that has been broken, crashed and damaged can be restored by God and not only restored, but can be a blessing to other people, be sure that nothing our God cannot handle. There's no life to hard, no past to dark and no heart to difficult to experience God's love and presence.
